As a commissioned New Jersey Notary Public and Certified Loan Signing Agent, I routinely handle confidential financial, legal, and personal information on behalf of title companies, lenders, law firms, and other authorized organizations.

• Financial information

• Social Security numbers
• Dates of birth
• Contact information
• Government-issued identification
• Other documents necessary to complete the assignment

Information Security

Client documents are handled using commercially reasonable safeguards, including secure transmission when provided by the contracting company, a VPN-protected business network, password-protected business devices, and a password-protected printer. Access to client information is limited to what is necessary to complete the assignment.

Limited Use

Your information is used solely to complete the requested notarial act, loan signing, identity verification, or related services. It is never sold or shared except as necessary to complete the transaction or as required by law.

Document Retention and Secure Destruction

Electronic copies are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to complete the assignment or as required by law or the contracting title company or lender. Temporary electronic files are securely deleted after completion, and printed documents not returned are securely destroyed. Records required by New Jersey law, including notary journal entries and RON audiovisual recordings, are retained for the legally required period.
